For Immediate Release:

LONG BEACH, CA – The Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2014 Southern California Business Development Conference on Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Hotel Maya. The Southern California Business Development Conference brought together some of the most influential business owners, leaders and government officials in California.

The RHCC’s 2014 Southern California Business Development Conference hosted 400 attendees among business owners, corporate business leaders, community leaders, and government officials that elevated discussions and participation to address issues of relevance to the business community.

The event featured some very exciting segments. For starters, a Keynote “Super Stars Business Panel” with influential local business owners that shared their challenges, lessons learned and best practices of being business owners. Following the keynote was a speed matchmaking session that brought together approximately 150 business owners with corporate and government procurement representatives to bridge contracting opportunities. Ending elegantly dressed with a small business fashion showcase from Stop Staring Clothing by Alicia Estrada and Premier Clothiers S&L by Erik Salgado.

The Business Super Star Panel Luncheon was the highlight of the event. The 2014 Super Stars were:

Erik Salgado, Premier Clothiers S & N Suits
Carlos Morgner, President at Morgner Construction Management Corp
